Actually, this pigeon is the famous French Pigieounx, on tour here in the States. Pigieounx's latest endeavor is 'urban food frames.' It's a revolutionary style of interactive art, the philosophy behind it being that once placed in the proper frame, anything in the city scape can be art. Pigieounx's medium of choice is bread, although she has been known to work with aluminum cans and certain types of fruit as well.
